Information you provide. When you submit our contact or service-request form, or sign in to our customer portal, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, preferred contact method, and the details of your message or service request.
Customer account information. If you use our customer portal, you sign in using your email address. The appointments, service history, service plan, and invoice information shown in the portal are provided by our field-service software, Housecall Pro. We do not collect or store credit card numbers on the Site; any payments are handled by Housecall Pro and its payment processor.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs through cookies and similar technologies. We use your IP address on a short-term basis to help prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage, including:
- A preference that remembers your light or dark display choice.
- A secure session cookie that keeps you signed in to the customer portal.

- Resend — email delivery (for example, lead notifications and portal sign-in links).
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that host the Site and store data securely.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
